The only reason the guy is in jail is because Worcester County violated his probation (he was convicted of child pornography from what we’ve heard) and the Worcester County State’s Attorney and judge gave him his three years back up time. I don’t know if Kristin Heiser has children but how would she feel if this was her child that had been followed and videotaped?

Sex offenders with new offenses should not be let go with a slap on the wrist in wicomico county!!!!!!!
