I'm about to tell you some information that will completely blow you away.
SBYNews has been made aware that there have been SEVEN murders in Salisbury over the past two weeks. However, there's a lot of trickery involved making it extremely difficult to confirm. Why, because these cases have been turned over to the State Police for investigation and guess what, the MSP and States Attorneys Office charged TWO individuals on murder charges and have recently learned those two individuals, (according to detectives) are not guilty of those charges.
This is nothing new since Ella Disharoon has become the interim States Attorney. There was another case that was dismissed about a month ago where they charged a young man for murder and he too didn't do it and the charges were dismissed. Mind you, the charged suspect sat in jail for at least six months.
We are told crime has skyrocketed in Salisbury over the last month or so and guess what, many Officers are leaving because of Chief Barbara Duncan. Some are even taking jobs elsewhere where they will lose between $10,000.00 to $20,000.00 a year in pay just to get the hell away from her alleged leadership. Three Officer right now are on sick leave due to stress, one of which is now suspended after a doctor placed him on sick leave. The SPD is a disaster, as well as the States Attorneys Office. It's no wonder Ella chose to walk away from running for States Attorney.
So how did all these murders happen and NO ONE has exposed it to the public. Well, the SPD is passing off their cases to the State Police and at least for now it doesn't show on their record, calls for service, etc. I have also been informed the SPD is changing charges against criminals to cook the books and Officers are furious.
While the SPD is spending some $50,000.00 a year on that program where a computer system is supposed to PREDICT when and where crime is going to happen, many are now questioning just what the hell the Mayor and Police Chief are doing with taxpayer money.
While some have challenged me for not delivering enough local news, what say you now WBOC, WMDT & DT's? We are the ONLY ones out there exposing such damning information. So when will we hear about this, probably when the States Attorneys Office puts up a conviction, pounding their chest in victory. However, what about the other SIX? What about their confession for charging three individuals we know so far of murder and offering a public apology?
How many more dead bodies will lay in the streets Mayor Jake Day to change to administration, will it take a vote of NO CONFIDENCE against Chief Duncan from the FOP & SPD Officers?
