One of them will immediately get thrown out because the City doesn't own the Government Office Building, therefore he can't create laws for property the City doesn't own.

While I spent the weekend reading some 268 pages of resolutions it became extremely clear that Mayor Jake Day is desperate to do anything and everything to create easy fines and fees because so many people are leaving the City of Salisbury and they have to make up for these losses.
