JOE- This morning I was awakened by two shots fired @ 5:50 am, 30 min later was proceeded by flash lights being shined in our windows and back yard this was real close to the 300 block of Washington Street. I did not see the SPD myself but a neighbor called them having heard the shots as well. We still have never heard any update on the shots fired on Jackson St 8/13/17 just wanted you to know as once again nothing on the news at all. We are afraid at some point someone around here is going to be shot, and you will not hear it on the news or from Jake Day. You are the only real news so we thought we'd update you for the record.
Publishers Notes: I had an incredible discussion last night with a source who confirmed 13 overdoses in one day and three murders in Salisbury in one week. Funny how none of this is mentioned in the SPD reports. Before some of you start attacking me in comments, I'm confident this person knows what they're talking about. I asked about stabbings and they said, "every single day".
I've also been told by another source that local businesses are now hiring private security guards to protect their businesses, costing some $1,200.00 A DAY!
We are also working on yet another BIG story referencing the Boy Mayor. Wait till you hear what he's up to next!
